CEO Garibaldi Thohir (orang indonesia) memiliki kira-kira seperenam saham dari Adaro, senilai lebih dari $ 1 miliar. Tahun ini keuntungan bersih perusahaan ini membaik kembali setelah jatuh 47% tahun lalu menjadi $ 245.000.000 (pada penurunan 4% dalam pendapatan menjadi $ 2,7 miliar). Pada semester pertama tahun ini Adaro sudah mendapatkan keuntungan bersih mencapai $ 268 juta, naik 113% dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya. Pendapatan naik 36% menjadi $ 1,8 miliar. 1. Maintenance I&C Supervisor
Job requirement
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 (three) years of experience as I&C Maintenance Supervisor position in the power plant industry
- Good Communication and Leadership Skill
- Broad experience and proven skills in coal-fired power plant operation & maintenance will be an advantage.
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be based in Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan
2. Shipyard Quality Control Section Head
Job requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) of Naval Architecture
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or related position in shipyards or other similar industries
- Able to handle field inspection requests, knowledge of quality standards in ship repairing and able to make
- requested inspection reports by the class surveyor and the shipowner
- Able to set up QC inspection procedure
- Understanding about welding inspection (can be supported by certificate)
- Proven communication, leadership, and managerial skills.
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan
3. Shipyard pruduction Section Head
Job requirement
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) of Naval Architect, Ocean Engineering, & Marine Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or related position in shipyards or other similar industries
- Able to plan, coordinate and control all production activities in ship repairs
- Familiar with writing reports
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan
4. Blasting & Painting Officer
Job requirement
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or related position in shipyards or other similar industries
- Able to manage and direct man power to finish project attentively
- Able to give technical solutions to problem in the field
- Familiar with writing blasting & painting reports
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan
5. Mechanic
Job requirement
- Minimum Senior High School, preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience as Mechanic for Heavy Equipment
- Broad experience and proven skills in pump industry will be advantage
- Good communication skill
- Willing to be located in Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan
6. Unit Controller
Job requirement
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Have a minimum 3 years of experience as Operator in manufacturing or power plant
- Preferably has broad experience and proven skills in coal-fired power plant operation.
- Good communication skill
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be located at Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan
